Ingredients
- 10-ounce package silken tofu
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 teaspoons tamari
Method
- Whist together the tofu and olive oil until a mayonnaise consistency is reached.
- Add the herbs, vinegar, salt and soy sauce.
- Mix well and refrigerate.
