The impact of how thoughts affect health has been scientifically proven.

Over the past 30 to 40 years, hundreds of studies have shown that the beliefs of the mind hold more power over the body than any other factor.

A great deal of research has gone into examining in great detail the processes by which cells receive information. And not surprising, it strays from conventionally educational models on the subject. In fact, the implication of this research, radically changes our understanding of life.

The research shows that genes and DNA do not control our biology but rather our biology is controlled by signals from outside the cell, including the energetic messages emanating from our positive and negative thoughts. 

According to this science, not only do our individual thoughts affect health at the cellular level, our thoughts affect the health and well being of every other living thing.

95% of our internal language and beliefs do not reside under our conscious control but rather our subconsciousness. These signals operate at specific frequencies which drive cellular function or more importantly, dysfunction.

We may have the best intentions for optimal health but if deep inside your subconscious believes it's not safe to heal, this overriding language tends to prevail.

This is often the fundamental core of restoring optimal health - without it people often find themselves on the rollercoaster between moments health and recurrent unwellness.

Ultimately the innate intelligence of the body prioritizes where restoration of function in the body needs to take place.

Without understanding this “hierarchy of healing”, this can slow our progress for wellness or hinder our ability to address these deeper layers.

Sometimes we can intuitively be drawn to a certain path which begins our journey and this is often our innate intelligence guiding us. However for some of us, stress can disconnect us from these deeper messages and a little guidance is needed.

The consultation involves a full health evaluation and initial recommendations on starting points to your body's priorities.
