Sara Fieschi

Sara Fieschi is a passionate advocate for women’s health, specialising in functional nutrition and quantum energy alignment to help busy, health-conscious women break free from exhaustion and step into lasting vitality. With a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Nutrition with Honours, a PhD in Nutrition, and a Diploma in Functional Nutritional Therapy, Sara brings a deeply integrative approach to well-being—one that acknowledges the mind, body, and soul as interconnected forces in healing.

For over 14 years, Sara served as a lecturer and researcher in Health at Deakin University, co-authoring numerous scientific research papers and earning industry recognition. She also serves as an Assistant Instructor for the Nutritional Therapy Association of Australia and New Zealand, further shaping the field of holistic wellness. Her expertise spans Functional Nutritional Therapy, Gastrointestinal Healing, Nutritional Blood Chemistry, and more, allowing her to guide women beyond traditional protocols toward a transformational, aligned approach to health.

Through personalised coaching, consultations, workshops, and an empowering online community, Sara helps women who feel stuck in cycles of fatigue, frustration and dis-ease. By combining functional and ancestral nutrition with the science of energy alignment, she guides women how to nourish themselves in a way that feels effortless, intuitive, and sustainable.
